M.C. Dean is seeking a Program Support Specialist 2 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will work with program management on proposal preparation, documentation, and contract administration for federal and commercial customers.

The role emphasizes clear communication, editing, and producing professional templates and briefs. Applicants should have strong writing skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional writing, editing, and document production.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure; managing numerous interruptions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing.
• Experience authoring responses to statements of work, staffing plans, past performance sections, management plans, and executive summaries.
