Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large field teams and subcontractors.
• Experience overseeing fast-track MEP and critical power/cooling systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and project execution to meet milestones.
• Coach staff in estimating, scheduling, and construction management.
• Monitor safety compliance and lead site audits.
• Coordinate with VP of Construction and project teams.
• Ensure budgets, schedules, and quality controls are met.
