Ideal candidates have 5–10 years as a Senior Superintendent, with strong leadership and client-facing skills to support proposals and ongoing work with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience 5-10 years as a Senior Superintendent or similar.
• Deep understanding of high-complexity projects (data centers, healthcare, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Hire staff in collaboration with leadership.
• Supervise field teams and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with policies.
• Present project updates to senior leadership and clients.
