Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Coordinator to join our National Mission Critical team.

This role primarily acts as a liaison between the Project Manager, Superintendent and subcontractors while performing general administrative duties related to projects. You will manage shop drawings, design documents, permit documentation, project costs and owner invoices, and assist with the pay-application process.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Project Manager, Superintendent, subcontractors and team.
• Assist with RFI processing and administrative duties across projects.
• Manage shop drawing and design document processes.
