Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Senior Superintendent on high-complexity projects.
• Experience overseeing fast-track MEP installations and level 1–5 Cx processes.
• Thorough knowledge of building projects and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Field Operations in hiring new staff.
• Train team members in estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques.
• Delegate responsibilities and monitor progress across the team.
