• Assist in hiring and onboarding processes for field staff.
• Train team in estimating, scheduling, and construction techniques.
• Maintain cost control, schedules, and documentation on projects.
• Review estimates and ensure compliance with Ryan Tools and processes.
• Prepare monthly project status reports for field operations.
• Support field operations in labor agreements and subcontractor oversight.
