Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Superintendent or similar with high-complexity projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of large field teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety programs and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Field Operations in hiring and staff development.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and project planning with CPM techniques.
• Monitor team workload and ensure productive performance.
• Maintain safety culture and lead safety audits and training.
• Ensure communication between office and field teams and maintain project documentation.
• Present to clients and support business development efforts.
