Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Coordinator to join our National Mission Critical team. You will act as a liaison between the Project Manager, Superintendent, and subcontractors while performing general administrative duties related to projects.

You will manage shop drawings, design documents, RFIs, subcontracts, and the project management system, supporting procurement, cost tracking, and closeout efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in project coordination or construction administration.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Project Manager, Superintendent and subcontractors for project duties.
• Manage shop drawing and design document processes.
• Prepare and process RFIs, subcontracts and change orders.
• Maintain project documents and project management system (paperless environment).
• Assist with procurement, cost tracking, and closeout activities.
