You will mentor staff, support hiring, and coordinate with VP of Construction and project teams. The role emphasizes strong leadership, experience with complex, fast-track builds, and a focus on delivering projects on time while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Superintendent on complex projects.
• Direct experience overseeing fast-track MEP installations and critical power/cooling.
• Technical knowledge of building projects and BAS systems.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and communication with large, diverse field teams.
• Strong professional sales ability and client-focused mindset.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Field Operations in hiring new staff.
• Train team members in estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques.
• Delegate responsibilities and monitor progress.
• Assist in employee evaluation and compensation recommendations.
• Participate in safety policy enforcement and audits on projects.
• Review schedules, budgets, and CPM scheduling with project teams.
• Ensure proper use of Ryan Tools and adherence to company procedures.
• Maintain high-quality work on schedule and budget, including closeout.
