Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Senior Superintendent experience with complex projects.
• Experience overseeing fast-track MEP installations and high-voltage distribution.
• Expert knowledge of building projects, BAS, UPS and life safety controls.
• OSHA 30‑Hour certification is required.
• Completed Field Coordinator training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Field Operations in hiring new staff.
• Train team members in estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques.
• Monitor workloads and ensure productive performance across teams.
• Assist in employee evaluations and compensation discussions.
• Review safety audits and provide monthly feedback to field leadership.
• Participate in client presentations and field manager meetings.
• Sell Ryan Companies US, Inc. to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist project teams with scheduling, logistics and budgeting.
