Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Field Coordinator/Senior Superintendent to lead field teams on complex projects in Des Moines.

You will supervise MEP installations, ensure safety, manage schedules, and drive cost control while coordinating with clients and project management. Applicants should have 5–10 years of senior supervision experience, OSHA 30, and proven ability to deliver high-reliability facilities such as data centers or healthcare plants.

Qualifications

• Experience 5-10 years as a Senior Superintendent with a track record delivering high-complexity projects such as data centers or healthcare facilities.
• Direct experience overseeing fast-track MEP installations, high-voltage distribution, central cooling, and commissioning processes.
• Technical knowledge of building projects, BAS, UPS/generators, chillers, life-safety controls.
• Strong supervision, motivation, and communication with large field teams and subcontractors.
• Strong sales ability, executive presence, and sensitivity to client needs.
• Completed Field Coordinator training or equivalent certifications.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety training is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Field Operations in hiring new staff and evaluating performance.
• Train team members in estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques.
• Monitor workloads and ensure productive, efficient team performance.
• Ensure safety policies are implemented and audits reviewed with leadership.
• Coordinate schedules, CPM knowledge, and overall milestone deliveries with project teams.
• Maintain communication and documentation across projects and teams.
• Mentor and train subordinates on new programs and field operations.
