Job summary

Ryan Companies US Inc is seeking a Field Coordinator to lead field teams and coordinate projects. You will work with the VP of Field Operations, project teams, and field personnel to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client communication.

You will train staff, participate in hiring decisions, and drive performance through feedback, recognition, and development conversations. A strong focus on cost control and tool usage is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members understand expectations and receive regular feedback.
• Assist Vice President of Field Operations in hiring and staff development.
• Train team in proper estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques.
• Assist VP in employee evaluation, and make recommendations regarding compensation.
• Review estimates for completeness and competitiveness.
• Ensure proper use of Ryan Tools and cost-control techniques on all projects.
• Prepare monthly reports to the VP of Field Operations on project status.
