Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Field Coordinator to oversee project teams on site and collaborate with the VP of Field Operations. You will train staff, manage scheduling and budgeting during proposals, and ensure proper cost control across projects.

Responsibilities include supervising team performance, hiring support, and maintaining communications with clients while ensuring profitability and adherence to company tools and processes.

• Strong client-facing and communication skills to manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members understand expectations and are held accountable for performance.
• Assist Vice President of Field Operations in hiring new staff.
• Train team in estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques.
• Assist VP in employee evaluation and compensation recommendations.
• Terminate team members when appropriate with VP approval.
• Participate in presentations to prospective clients and in client contact programs.
• Assist project management in scheduling and budgeting during proposal stages.
• Ensure project accountability and use of Ryan Tools for consistency.
• Aim for maximum profitability while aligning with Ryan's long-term interests.
• Maintain proper cost control and documentation across projects.
• Ensure proper close-out, punchlist completion, and accounts management.
• Develop and train subordinates on new and existing computer programs.
• Stay updated on regional union issues and project labor agreements.
• Prepare monthly status reports for VP of Field Operations.
