Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Field Operations in hiring new staff and training teams.
• Monitor workload and ensure productive, safe, and timely project delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and use of Ryan Tools across projects.
• Participate in presentations to clients and maintain strong client relations.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain high quality work.
