Job summary

JE Dunn Construction, Orlando-based, is seeking a Superintendent 1 for Advanced Facilities projects within our national program. You will plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects, oversee material/equipment, mentor crew, and ensure timely, profitable completions in alignment with JE Dunn values.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, coordination with owners/architects, and effective field staffing, with opportunities for growth to a Superintendent 2.

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction experience.
• 1+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate and manage project site care and control.
• Attend and participate in progress meetings and OAC meetings.
• Create and manage project schedule in coordination with Project Manager.
