Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Supervisory professional to plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects. The Superintendent 1 will oversee material/equipment, support people management, and ensure documentation supports timely, profitable completion aligned with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will supervise subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and lead safety initiatives while coordinating with owners, design teams, and authorities to achieve

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 3+ years construction experience.
• 1+ years field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment.
• Provides management of subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages the care, custody and control of the project site.
• Leads meetings and participates in progress and project review meetings.
