Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 1 to plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects on our Advanced Facilities team. You will supervise material, equipment, and personnel while ensuring documentation and safety standards are met to achieve timely, profitable project completion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction experience.
• 1+ years field supervision experience.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and QA/QC.
• Develops work plans and coordinates site care.
• Leads meetings and manages project schedule.
