Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Atlanta is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute projects with some complexity. You will oversee safety culture, manage staff, and ensure documentation supports timely, profitable completion per JE Dunn standards.

You will lead meetings, develop work plans, coordinate with owners, design teams, and suppliers, and monitor budgets and schedules using the project management system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Lean principles experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture on site and mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate and manage project site care, custody and control.
• Lead meetings including daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets with the project manager.
