Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead in Shrewsbury, NJ to drive profitability and efficiency, overseeing inventory, shipments, floor replenishment, and stockroom standards while coaching the team for excellent guest service.

You will collaborate with Visual and Operations Managers, manage schedules and budgets, and lead by example to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience. This role requires dynamic leadership on the sales floor and in back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric,sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making.
• Values feedback and eager to provide constructive input.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with GM to close gaps.
• Oversee shipments, receiving, floor replenishment, and stock management.
• Champion strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Maintain safe work environment and stockroom standards.
