Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. The role focuses on driving profitability and efficiency through hands-on leadership of inventory, shipping, receiving, and floor operations.

You will champion visual standards, support safe work environments, and guide the team through daily tasks that keep the store inviting and operational. As a People Leader, you will recruit and develop talent, provide ongoing feedback, and partner with Visual and Operations Managers to

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision making
• Values and receptiveness to feedback, and ability to provide feedback
• Self-motivated with result-driven mindset for individual and team growth
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles
• Requires constant movement around all areas of the store
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy items
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist, and safely climb ladders
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Identify root causes of inventory issues and escalate gaps with GM
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, and stock management activities
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Ensure safety and efficiency through stockroom standards and processes
• Collaborate with Managers to manage reporting, budgets, and vendor relationships
