Job summary

ALO is hiring an Operations & Visual Manager to drive inventory accuracy, labor planning and visual standards across the store. You will partner with the General Manager to optimize budgets, monitor metrics, and ensure the guest experience remains aligned with our mindful movement philosophy.

You will lead a team, coach talent, and implement scheduling that supports peak performance while maintaining a safe, welcoming and efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a changing environment.
• Aligned with ALO Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Root-cause inventory accuracy issues with GM to improve processes.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the salesfloor using performance data.
• Coordinate labor hours to efficiently receive deliveries and manage sell-through.
• Promote a safe and efficient store operation.
• Represent the business in meetings and monitor budgets and metrics.
• Plan and execute future business needs for optimal performance.
• Lead, coach and develop the Operations and Visual team.
• Create schedules prioritizing business strategy with GM input.
• Follow cross-functional collaboration to support company goals.
