You will identify opportunities, prepare estimates, and coordinate with field teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in the elevator industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years in elevator industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage favorable client relationships with building owners and property managers to secure and renew maintenance/service agreements.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolution with revenue focus.
• Meet regularly with assigned client accounts by phone or in person.
• Manage accounts receivable for client portfolios and ensure timely payments.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through key customer contacts and industry information.
• Prepare and communicate estimates for prospective customers.
• Collaborate with Field Superintendent and technicians to drive lead generation and total customer experience.
• Negotiate contract terms and develop sales strategies aligned with product strategies.
