Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation in Chicago is seeking an Experienced Sales Account Manager EI to cultivate relationships with customers and drive service sales for elevators and escalators across maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

You will work closely with field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to meet revenue targets while delivering exceptional service and value to our clients in the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the elevator or related industry.
• Experience in account management, negotiations, and sales strategy.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships within a designated territory to secure and renew service agreements.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive revenue through maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with Field Superintendent and technicians to ensure a superior customer experience.
• Prepare estimates and proposals; maintain accurate customer records.
• Negotiate contract terms and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
