Schindler Group in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an EI Sales Account Manager to drive sales and manage client relationships for elevator services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You will identify opportunities, manage accounts, and aim for high customer satisfaction and retention.

You will liaise between customers and Schindler to build long-term relationships and leverage industry knowledge to meet sales targets. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 2+ years in the elevator industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent elevator industry experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the elevator industry.
• Strong sales track record and ability to manage customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Customer Account Management - build and manage relationships with building owners and property managers; renew maintenance/service agreements.
• Sales & Opportunity Identification - identify opportunities and qualify needs for profitable solutions.
• Documentation & Compliance - prepare estimates and maintain accurate customer records; ensure policy compliance.
• Collaboration & Communication - partner with Field Superintendent and technicians to drive lead generation and ensure a great customer experience.
• Negotiation & Strategy - negotiate terms and develop sales strategies aligned with product strategies.
