Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or minimum of 3 years of industry sales experience.
• Effective presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling and closing skills with a proven sales track record.
• Ability to empathize, listen and connect with people to form outstanding customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers to drive sales for elevator and escalator services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify sales opportunities.
• Manage existing and new customer accounts and retain customers.
• Liaise between customer and Schindler to build long-term relationships and leverage industry knowledge to achieve targets.
• Negotiate contract terms and develop sales strategies in line with product strategies.
