Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience or 6 months Lowe’s experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s if education not met).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals or metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as department contact for customers and vendors, provide estimates, schedule visits, process orders, and ensure project completion.
