Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist to greet customers, discuss project needs, and help customers select products that meet their goals. You will be an in-store product expert, explaining features, promotions, and financing options to close sales.

You’ll work in departments such as Appliances, Flooring, or Windows & Walls, and participate in training, pricing, and coordinating with vendors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience; or 3 years external customer-facing sales if education not met.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals/metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling estimates, installations, and orders.
• Assist in pricing reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and store operations.
• Train associates in the department and coach on development.
