Carter Lumber is seeking a proactive Outside Sales Rep to sell millwork and related building materials to builders and subcontractors in residential and commercial markets. You will manage relationships, present product benefits, handle take-offs, and ensure timely orders on projects.

You should have at least 2 years of millwork sales experience, blueprints reading ability, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. Travel to job sites is required and customer service matters.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of millwork sales experience (interior trim/doors/hardware).
• Ability to cold call and grow relationships with customers.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform take-offs.
• Ability to visit job sites to measure doors and trim.
• Demonstrated ability to increase sales and profitability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Develops relationships with customers and subcontractors to determine needs and provide services.
• Attain and maintain sales of all products, focused on interior and millwork products.
• Gives presentations to builders and provides expert advice on product features and benefits.
• Do take offs and prepare estimates and ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
