Carter Lumber is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to grow our millwork product sales with builders and subcontractors. You will manage ongoing relationships, present product benefits, and produce take-offs and estimates to ensure on-time orders.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, field visits, and the ability to read blueprints and grow profitability. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years selling Millwork products (interior trim/doors/hardware).
• Experience with other building materials is helpful.
• Ability to cold call and grow relationships with customers.
• Read blueprints and perform take-offs.
• Visit job sites to measure doors and trim.
• Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Decision making and problem solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsabilités
