Carter Lumber is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to grow millwork product sales with builders and subcontractors across residential and commercial markets. The role involves presenting product lines, visiting job sites, taking measurements, and managing customer relationships to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years selling millwork products (interior trim, interior doors, interior hardware).
• Ability to cold call and grow existing customer relationships.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform take-offs.
• Willingness to visit job sites for measurements.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with customers and subcontractors to determine needs and provide services.
• Attains and maintains sales of products, focusing on interior and millwork.
• Gives presentations to builders and advises on product features and benefits.
• Performs take-offs and prepares estimates to ensure orders are correct and on time.
