Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years selling millwork products including interior trim, interior doors, and interior hardware; experience with other building materials helpful.
• Ability to cold call future customers and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Ability to read blueprints and do take-offs.
• Ability to visit job sites to measure doors and trim.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with customers and subcontractors to determine needs and provide beneficial services.
• Responsible for attaining and maintaining sales of all products, focused on interior and millwork products.
• Give presentations to builders and provide expert advice on product features and benefits.
• Do take-offs and prepare estimates for these products and ensure they are ordered and shipped accurately and on time.
