Job summary

This role leads approximately 15–25 employees and requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in operations leadership, strong communication, and a proven safety and efficiency track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in operations leadership roles.

• Ability to lead and mentor production and dock teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach production team to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Ensure products are loaded and shipped safely and timely.
• Oversee inbound receiving functions at the Huntsville plant.
• Ensure OSHA safety requirements are followed.
• Communicate with management, production, and dock teams regularly.
• Organize workflow to complete production and shipping schedules.
• Oversee staff scheduling and time-off requests.
• Monitor orders for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and equipment usage.
