Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coach production and dock teams to meet deadlines and optimize workflows.
• Ensure safe loading and timely shipment of products.
• Oversee inbound receiving and OSHA safety compliance.
• Communicate with management, production, and dock teams to meet objectives.
• Organize workflow to complete production and shipping schedules.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and time-off requests.
• Monitor quality and minimize waste and equipment misuse.
• Provide safety training and conduct performance reviews per policy.
• Address equipment, production, and shipping concerns with management.
