You will lead a one-shift team, ensure OSHA safety compliance, monitor quality, organize workflow, and help control costs while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in operations or production management in construction-related industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach the production team to meet deadlines and adjust as needed.
• Comply with OSHA safety requirements and company policies.
• Communicate with management and crew to meet objectives.
• Organize workflow to complete the production schedule.
• Monitor order quality and accuracy.
• Ensure safety training is conducted as required.
• Provide training to production employees.
• Help manage production costs and improve profit.
• Inform Production Supervisor of equipment and production concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and uphold core values.
• Perform duties of Production Supervisor in their absence.
