Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business and/or related field.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience and/or engineering.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with customers within the assigned territory to understand needs.
• Identify and pursue new customer acquisitions; conduct cold-calls.
• Prepare and review sales reports to assess progress and problems.
• Create and maintain a sales plan to meet profit goals.
• Provide feedback to Regional Sales Manager on planning, forecasting and management.
