Swanson Flo, an MCE Company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales strategy and execution for Illinois and Wisconsin. This remote-based leadership role focuses on building an accountability-driven culture, coaching a team of outside sales reps, and driving revenue growth in flow control and process instrumentation across multiple industries.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage forecasts, and travel within the region to cultivate key accounts and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of sales leadership experience in flow control and process instrumentation.
• Strong expertise in developing and executing sales strategies in a technically complex distribution environment.
• Experience with CRM and analytics to forecast and drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor outside sales reps to improve performance and hit targets.
• Set incentive quotas and monitor monthly/quarterly/annual goals.
• Develop and implement revenue growth strategies across Illinois and Wisconsin.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other units to pursue joint opportunities.
• Travel within the region to engage customers and support the team.
