Job summary

Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation in Chicago, IL seeks a Regional Sales Representative to cover the Midwest. You will maintain, promote, and grow sales with customers in your territory by meeting forecasted goals and building solid relationships through regular visits and calls.

This full-time remote-capable role requires travel up to 50%+; you will collaborate with the Sales team, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic planning while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 3+ years outside sales experience and/or engineering.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with customers within the assigned territory to understand needs.
• Identify and pursue new customer acquisitions, including cold-calls.
• Prepare and review sales reports to monitor progress and plan.
• Create and maintain a sales plan to meet and exceed profit goals.
• Provide feedback to Regional Sales Manager on forecasting and territory management.
• Recommend product/service/policy changes based on market trends.
• Travel to visit current and potential clients; overnight travel required.
• Perform other duties as directed.
