This individual will drive revenue by expanding distributor partnerships, engaging end users, and developing strategic accounts across a multi-state territory. The role emphasizes autonomy, ownership of the territory, and a clear path to measurable sales growth, with remote work flexibility and regional travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in PPE or industrial safety equipment.
• Strong understanding of industrial distribution channels and selling through distributors.
• Demonstrated success developing new business and growing revenue across multi-state territories.
• Hunter mentality with ability to independently prospect and build a sales pipeline.
• Experience developing key accounts and relationships with distributors and end users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow revenue and expand market share.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities via distributors, channels, and end users.
• Build and strengthen relationships with industrial distributors and key accounts.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to uncover opportunities and drive product adoption.
• Identify and develop strategic key accounts and maximize growth within existing relationships.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and joint sales calls across the region.
• Independently manage territory planning, pipeline development, and sales forecasting.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to drive growth.
