IRISS, Inc. is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead Midwest territory sales from a remote, territory-based role covering Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois and Missouri.

You will develop regional sales strategies, expand customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of industrial or technical sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of professional sales in industrial/manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and manage a regional sales territory.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Midwest territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, resellers, service providers, and end users.
• Meet sales quotas and provide accurate forecasts and reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to support product launches and customer needs.
