Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager to grow BAND-IT products across the North America Midwest region. This home-based role focuses on expanding distribution channels, managing key accounts, and presenting value-driven solutions to end users and partners.

You will travel up to 50% of the time, coordinate with BAND-IT HQ, and work with multiple departments to develop strategic plans, maintain CRM pipelines, and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of industrial distributor and OEM sales experience
• Experience selling to diverse industrial customers and partners

Responsibilities

• Grow regional distribution accounts in the Midwest.
• Conduct regular contact with distribution partners and end user customers to drive growth.
• Develop and execute Time & Territory Plan to cover distributor and representative locations.
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline with defined projects contributing to the sales funnel.
• Present BAND-IT capabilities and solutions to customers and prospects.
• Travel up to 50% of time.
