You will lead District Managers, Data Managers, and Project Engineers, driving safety, quality, on-time delivery, and financial performance across the region.

The role involves strategic collaboration with Sales to grow regional volume, managing 25% travel, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field; graduate degree a plus.
• PMP certification is required or highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and financial acumen with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Lead multiple districts and managers, ensuring alignment with regional strategy.
• Forecast regional performance and manage AR, gross margin and cash flow.
