Job summary

IDEX Band-It is seeking a results-driven Distribution Sales Manager to grow BAND-IT’s regional distribution accounts across the Midwest. You will coordinate with BAND-IT HQ in Denver while expanding end-user opportunities and key partners.

This home-based role requires strong relationship-building, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 50% to meet customers and events. You’ll leverage value selling to present BAND-IT capabilities and drive quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience selling to diverse industrial distributors and direct relevant selling and industry experience.
• Experience establishing relationships with OEMs, contractors, industrial partners, municipal partners, or engineering consultants.

Responsibilities

• Grow regional distribution accounts.
• Conduct regular sales calls with end users to drive opportunities.
• Develop Time & Territory Plan for distributor/representative locations.
• Maintain CRM funnel with defined projects to support sales pipeline.
• Present BAND-IT capabilities and solutions to customers and prospects.
• Travel up to 50% and participate in customer events.
