Job summary

IDIS Americas is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across IA, KS, MO, NE, SD and adjacent markets. The RSM will collaborate with channel partners, system integrators and distributors to expand market share and demand for IDIS products.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial security sales, strong communication and public speaking skills, and the ability to travel 30-60% of the time. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of commercial sales experience in the Security Industry.
• Must live in the assigned area.
• Proven track record of success in regional security sales.

Responsibilities

• Understand IP video market trends and dynamics.
• Team with VMS Partners and other Technology Partners to increase revenue and market awareness.
• Conduct customer training, events, on-site demonstrations, roadshows, and trade shows.
• Maintain CRM to manage opportunities, contacts, and leads.
• Be the face of IDIS Americas in the region and an industry thought leader.
• Attend and exhibit at national or regional trade shows as required.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support market activities.
• Provide product training and sales support to distributor sales teams.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory by air and car.
