Job summary

Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence across the Midwest, covering Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska.

Candidates should reside in Northern Indiana, Chicago, Detroit, or Minneapolis areas and be able to travel 40–60% within the territory to support customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, communications, chemistry or a related field.
• 8+ years of industrial or technical B2B sales experience, ideally in adhesives or building materials.
• Experience working with distributors is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in territory growth, account management, and value-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and expand market presence across the Midwest.
• Own and manage sales of key and regional accounts in territory.
• Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned with growth objectives.
• Build relationships with technical, operations, and procurement stakeholders.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to track opportunities and forecasts.
