Job summary

ADP is hiring a Mid-Market Sales Representative to own a territory and drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, selling ADP’s payroll, tax, HR and benefits to organizations with 50-999 employees. You will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, HR leaders, and operations executives, helping them navigate workforce challenges with tailored solutions.

In this role you will build pipeline digitally, develop long-term client relationships, and deliver results in a relationship-driven sales

Qualifications

• Two+ years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience valued for teamwork and resilience.
• College degree is not required; relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting to close within assigned mid-market territory.
• Develop pipeline, qualify opportunities, and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Build relationships with CFOs and HR leaders to position ADP solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
