Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Mid-Sized Accounts to lead field sales across a designated geography. You will manage a book of business, drive new opportunities, and forecast a robust sales pipeline while leveraging ADP’s HCM solutions to help mid-sized clients (150–999 employees) optimize their HR, payroll, and benefits.

• Proven winner with a track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
• Ability to cold call, manage time effectively, and present ideas professionally in multiple formats.

• Experience in B2B sales and cross-functional collaboration preferred.
