Job summary

ADP is hiring a Mid-Market Sales Representative to lead a full-cycle, consultative sales process, selling payroll, tax, HR, and benefits to organizations with 50–999 employees. You will own and grow your territory digitally, build a strong pipeline, and develop long-term client relationships with CFOs, HR leaders, and operations executives.

You’ll leverage modern sales tools, receive best-in-class training, and gain autonomy as you ramp.

Qualifications

• Quick learner with new tools and real-time data to assist clients and prospects.
• Proactive, strategic outreach and ability to present ideas professionally.
• College degree is great but not required; relevant experience considered if no degree.
• Two or more years of sales experience or a sales internship; military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within your geography and close sales to meet goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients through targeted outreach to decision-makers.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts by selling additional ADP solutions.
