Job summary

ADP is hiring a Mid-Market Sales Representative in Louisville, KY. You will lead a full-cycle, consultative sales process selling ADP’s suite of payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to mid-market organizations (50–999 employees).

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and HR leaders, building relationships and closing new business. In this role you will own your territory, develop a strong pipeline, and leverage modern sales tools to drive revenue while balancing work-life integration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience appreciated and transferable skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow pipeline and close sales in the assigned geography.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients through a targeted sales strategy.
