Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Mid Market Account Manager in California to upsell, renew, and retain voice, data and video services for existing customers in mid-market and enterprise segments. You will use a consultative approach to strengthen client partnerships and drive revenue for Spectrum’s solutions.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, maintain CRM records, develop customer-focused proposals, and participate in events to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in telecom B2B sales or account management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Upsell voice, data, cloud and video services to existing customers and secure contract renewals within assigned segments.
• Win back former customers by presenting compelling solutions and incentives.
• Achieve monthly revenue quotas through strategic account management and targeted sales activities.
• Develop customer-centric proposals that articulate Spectrum’s value proposition.
• Maintain comprehensive sales databases to track activity and customer information.
