Spectrum is seeking a Mid Market Account Manager in Woodland Hills, CA to upsell, renew and retain voice, data and video services for existing customers in the mid-market and enterprise segments. You will drive revenue through strategic account management and a consultative approach.

You will work with Account Executives and Marketing teams to develop customer-centric proposals, maintain CRM data, and ensure seamless handoffs while expanding relationships across accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in account management or B2B telecom sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales processes.

• Win back former customers with compelling solutions and incentives.
